Well, my black mood from the other day has been explained: Jan. 24 is the most depressing day of the year, according to one British psychologist (via new thing now). My excuse for the rest of this week? I’ve succumbed to a nasty cold and am incapable of stringing together coherent thoughts. Though I have wondered a bit about some recent mainstream media madness. Like the UPN/WB merger, and Disney’s purchase of Pixar. But the biggest news, for me, has to do with my favorite radio show, This American Life…being adapted for teevee (via Milk and Cake). What is that all about? At least Ira promises the radio show will still go on.
