Well. The first annual Japanese Film Fest/Vegan Potluck has come to an end. The food was fabulous. Excellent sushi, lasagna, vegan egg rolls (yes, I know it sounds like an oxymoron), bbq tofu, pumpkin pie, chocolate cupcakes, wasabi peanuts, and more. And it was fantastic to see the friends. But we utterly failed in the film category. We were too busy enjoying ourselves whilst catching up…so we never got around to that bit. I guess two out of three ain’t bad. And plans are in the works to attend adult night at the rollerskating rink soon. It wasn’t even my idea, I swear. I love that sort of synchronicity.
