As for the bread, my house is plenty dry so it turns out well in the winter. Haven't tried making it in the humid months yet. I want to try some recipes from that book but hadn't thought to check it out from the library. That's genius!</description>

I failed miserably at that no-knead bread recipe, I think we are too low [sea level] and damp over here. Yours looks really good. Have you seen the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes book? a friend strongly recommended it, I just got my copy from the library...
